I want to cancel Sky Kids but can't contact anyone!

Arghh!! I found out that I have Sky Kids and have been paying for it, only realised when I had an email sayin g it was going up. Tried to contact someone to cancel that... no luck. The numbers given do not work. Tried whatsapp and as I had confused which password was blocked after the third atempt ( I remembered it 5 mins later but it was too late. I have cancelled the direct debit, I'm sure they will be quick enough to contact me when they find out but would appreciate contact before that happens. Someone??

Not sure why you've done that. Definitely not recommended. Doing that is going to cause you additional problems. Your services will be restricted, you won't be able to call Sky, you can't cancel, late payment fees will be added and eventually Sky will involve a debt recovery company which may affect your credit rating.

You can’t cancel anything via the forum. To remove part of your TV package you need to give 31 days notice. Be aware if you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another discount. You may be able to remove it from your MySky account at
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
otherwise you can either call Sky or use the messaging service to cancel this

Cancelling a direct debit is the wrong way to go, it won't get anyone from Sky to contact you, what happens is that it puts you in debt to them, they will add late payment fees on to what you owe, will suspend your services and will eventually pass your debt to a debit collector. If you are in debt Sky won't even engage with you until you pay them what it owed to them.

There are plenty of ways to cancel or modify contracts, including via your My Sky account (however if the option to remove a pack isn't available thats usually due to you being in a minimum term for that pack).

The simplest way is jsut to give Sky a call.

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number. If you are in the ROI on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.
