I’ve no service after paying my bill

Paid my bill and my services are not back on after 24 hrs

I paid my bill yeaterday and my wifi and phone are both fine but my tv still says, to hae these services you need to upgtade

If this bill was paid late so that your Sky Q was suspended then after paying it have you also setup a monthly payment method on your account because this will need to be done, even if you had previously got these in place as it will need setting up again.
