hi I've had a pretty email to say that I am moving from BT to sky but I haven't actually accepted anything. [Removed] Christine light

Hi @Christinelight That is the way that One Stop Switching works. Someone has accidentally put down your address or number, or you are being slammed. Very important, call the number on the email or you will find your service with BT cut off. It is your responsibility to reject the switch, it does not need your acceptance (ofcom).

@Christinelight Have a look at the BT e-mail and also any sky e-mails, you may have signed up not knowing you have! The Forum is NOT sky Customer Service so cannot say what you have done. Call sky sales if you are not sure!
