I’ve already returned my sky equipment and they have sent another return box?

Hi

In September last year I cancelled my broadband and TV. I sent the Sky equipment all back both broadband and TV. I have now recently discovered that Sky hadn't cancelled my television package and I was still paying for it. I have spoke to them and they have agreed it was a mistake on their parts and I'm having a refund issued. I also told them I sent the box back when I sent the broadband back but now they have sent me another return box but I have nothing to return as I've already returned it. How can I speak to them? So I don't get charged? The virtual assistant was useless and I don't have time to keep making phone calls

@Kerrie121 I suspect the packaging is sent automatically when you cancel. Do you have proof of postage for the return of the Sky TV set top box?
