I signed up to a contract of £108 and am being charged £144 on 2nd month and £117 after

I signed up to a £108 contract, my first month was £117 and next one is £144 then one after is £117. I have rang sky and been told they will ring me back as I don't want this deal but they haven't got back to me even tho I rang up and was told they would ring me back later that day. How do I get in contact with someone to complain?
