Tv streaming account saying payment overdue after it's been paid!

Can anyone tell me why my streaming tv bill is saying payment not received but clearly shows the payments and dates they were made?

Yes it was a manual payment but i did the same for my broadband and that's fine.

You shouldn't need to make manual payments if you have something like a direct debit or card payment setup as this is how your bills will be paid so this is what this message could be referring to.

 

Do you see a credit on your account ?

I can see the payments made but then it says payment due.

@Helbel2677 look to me like3 payments received totalling£41.82 and 2 payments sent back totalling £41.xx (obscured by the Feedback flag), so you've effectively paid nothing, leaving your bill statement balance of £16 overdue.

@Mark39 I have been on the phone with them and they said my bill is up to date and can't understand why it's happened 🙈

@Helbel2677   I am also reading it as @Mark39  there is a balance due to pay as 2 payments were returned
