I should have received a refund.
Hi,
when I left Sky, I was over charged. When I phoned up about this I was reassured I was due a refund. I was supposed to receive this last month and haven't. Could I please ask this to be sorted asap.
thank you

Re: I should have received a refund.
@Tyla11 if your Sky account is in credit, give Sky a call and they'll be able to manually refund it within 5 days.

Go to your latest bill here and the balance at the bottom should be a credit (minus figure): https://www.sky.com/bill
