I want a refund, I payed my bill by card on My Sky App, why have you took the same amount twice?

If there's a credit showing on your Sky account you can request a refund, either by calling, or, if you wish, we can ask the messaging team to contact you via the forum so that you can request it.

That isn't a good enough reason, if u check the records, I always pay manually, so how is that a unnecessary manual payment.? You shouldnt be keeping my card details. I also can't trust having DD because u just take it when u like. I will be putting a complaint on if it doesn't get rectified

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs a customer, same as you, I can't check your records. Looks like you paid too close to your normal payment date on this occasion, hence the automated payment couldn't be stopped. You'll need to speak to Sky for it to be 'rectified'.
Direct debits are, in my experience, taken on the due date or the next working day if the due date falls on a public holiday or the weekend.
