Do you mean you made a manual payment when you have a continuous payment method set up?

If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. A credit will now appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This will automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would suggest not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.

If your extra payment is already showing as a credit we can perhaps get you some help in getting it refunded (within the standard 3-5 working days) through the Messaging Team. Let us know on this thread if you want to do that.

Would you like the credit refunded back to you or are you happy to leave it on your account as it can be used to pay next months bill meaning Sky will not take anything from your payment method.

So, to clarify, are you saying you've made another manual payment? Is any overpayment showing on your account as a credit?

this happened last month I made a manual payment and then a direct debt payment and I spoke to an operator and he told me that this month I saw that I paid twice and not a little nothing but this month too I paid a debt you I said
