I've recontact my services and noticed the add on like boxset were supposed to be in with sky signature not has a extra I'm paying £7.00 for this

If you have Sky Signature then you shouldn't be paying extra for boxsets as the signature package includes boxsets in SD or HD if you also have the HD package. If you are being charged extra you will have to call Sky so they can look nto this for you.
