If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. Threatening to cancel is irrelevant here so is your issue something we can advise on?

I have had a letter telling me that I will be charged for Netflix. I do not want Netflix through Sky

Evening I'm currently in hospital and can't pay my bills till Tuesday can I be reinstated till then as my children with special needs are at home

If your services are restricted then they will only usually be restored once any outstanding bill is paid.

@Yemi2  unfortunately not, sky won't reinstate until full payment has been made and a new continuous payment method setup
