I need to reduce one or more of my sky tv facilities

The Sky account to which I subscribe has been in the name of my ex partner for many years however I pay the monthly subscription and there has not been a problem when I have called Sky in the past when I have wanted to change my subscription, because I have the password.

This time however when I called and answered the automated question that I was not the account holder and then provided the password, the automated response was that it was not a valid password. This meant that I could not progress my call any further.

I went through the call again in case there was a problem with understanding my password. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. Can You help me please?   Thank you. Kind regards    -    Ian Morse

@Stranglers

Could your ex have changed the telephone password?

@Stranglers  If your ex has changed their account password no one here can do anything to help circumvent it.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@Stranglers

It's also worth pointing out, in case you aren't aware, that only the account holder (your ex) can cancel any part of the subscription anyway.
