I need to postpone my return for broadband device

I want to postpone my return by 1 month due to a personal emergency how do I do that with Sky and avoid the return charges?

You can't postpone it. Sky will charge the relevant non- return charge.

When you post it back obtain proof of posting and keep it indefinitely. About six weeks later contact Sky to get a refund.
