Need to cancel sky cinema, can’t get passed Sky Robit when calling
As per subject trying to contact sky and it asks for a bank acc last two digits which it isn't validating
need urgent help as don't want to auto renew and it's proving impossible to speak to someone.

To remove a part of your TV package you need to contact Sky giving the standard 31 days notice. If you have 'in contract' discounts you may not be able to remove them. Also make sure cancellation of a certain add-on doesn’t cancel another part of a discount.
You may be able to remove it via this link which includes a message option (usually available between 9am & 7.30pm) or by calling in using the number that should appear.

You might be able to do this online here:
https://www.sky.com/mysky/tv/tv-packs
You need to contact Sky and give them 31 days notice to cancel it, so you can either call or use the messaging service to do this.

Select "No, I still need help" at the bottom of the page on the above link.
If you call then say nothing when asked any questions by the bot and remain on the line.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Sorry Sky bot when saying nothing is failing to dead tone cutting the call, why is it so difficult to speak to a human

There's no 'auto renew'. If your discounts for it are expiring then it simply moves to a rolling basis requiring 31 days to cancel.
(Of course, you need to contact them to cancel it...)

These are the other current methods for contacting Sky. Depending on the reason for making contact some methods will be more appropriate than others …
🟧 📞 Customer Services by dialling 150 (free) from either a Sky mobile or your Sky Talk landline if you have Sky Broadband. The forum doesn’t allow the display of other numbers but official numbers to Sky from the UK are 03 numbers which are usually inclusive from non Sky phones.
All calls will start automated (aka ‘the bot’) which may offer you the online help route or try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and sometimes saying nothing when asked the reason for the call helps being put in the queue for an agent.
