I am unable to access my account. My Sky id has no linked account. I have tried creating a new account but it is not recognising the address, bank details etc. which I have been told to do. Now it logs me in, but doesn't give me an option to link an account. I have no account number either as I am not being given one when talking to someone on the phone. I was meant to be called back today between 3-4 to resolve, but had no call.

As for your account number usually this will be in any emails or letters you have had from Sky.
