I have sky glass (yesterday) and was advised that to access the puck and other information I need to change my email address as the original email on my account is no longer available.
I followed the instructions to do it on Sky.com but it won't let me change it. It says to try later, but I have and it still won't work.

It is to an icloud email addres.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
