I need to cancel an appointment on 17th. October

I have sent 2 email trying to cancel an appointment on 17th. October to have my sky box ' updated' i didnt ask for it, but was told there was no charge and I should have it. I will not be in on 17th. October and am afraid that I will be charged £25 becUSE i HAVE NOT LET YOU KNOW.

@RJ12  Sky don't use email as a general communication route this wil be why you can't cancel/rearrange it via email.  You're also not telling Sky customer servioces through the community either.

 

You should be able to cancel through your MySky app, online or by calling.

 

You can call on 150 from a Sky Talk Line or Sky Mobile.

If you haven't got a current Sky Mobile or Sky Talk this link should help:
(UK) https://www.sky.com/help/home Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number
(ROI) on the same link change the flag in the very bottom corner to the ROI flag to obtain an 0818 number.

Stay on the line and don’t hang up if prompted to. Apparently the quieter times to ring are just after 7am or about 9pm.
