Hi,
I need refund in my bank account from the payment in of Plan 1 in the end of April 2024 and the cancellation of Plan 2 end of May 2024.
I can't understand the bill calculation and credit amount is less as was communicated earlier to me.
please check and suggest.

However is there a credit showing on your account?

Yes, it's showing but as per the discussion with the sky customer care it supposed to be more
