Hello I moved house in May 2021, I started process of getting sky set up in home but became ill, getting diagnosed with cancer. I've been paying £32 a month since but not actually having sky in my home. I've tried talking to them but still get know where can someone help me I can't afford wasting money especially in my situation.

That's a very long time not to have a service you are paying for. Presumably this is Sky television: what was the reason given for it not being installed?

Well it started with we don't fit in your area, then more reacently it's like they don't understand the situation.

I'm sorry, it's a bit too vague for the Community to offer much help with. If you can provide some detail we may be able to guide you, otherwise it's probably best for you to speak to Sky again.
