Sky don't process payments at a weekend.
You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services here. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.
If you have a continuous payment method set up you should never need to make a manual payment. A credit will appear on your account for the amount you have overpaid. This should automatically be used to pay your next bill so on that bill date no/less money should be taken from your account. I would recommend not making manual payments unless requested to by Sky.
However, if you prefer, once your extra payment is showing as a credit call Sky to start a refund (taking 3-5 working days).

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreAs long as the payment you made appears as a credit then Sky will refund it for you (we are customers here) so give them a call from your mobile on just 150.
Going forward as you have a payment method setup you do not need to make such payments as it will be taken automatically from you each month.
