I’m being charged twice

Hi,

so I pay my bills in advance into credit and yet you still tried taking another payment same with my WiFi and sky tv bill occurs on both and I'm just confused as to why you try and take it after I already paid in advance and in full?

Because Sky's billing system is not set up for such manual payments.

 

No need to make any, let the automated system do it - indeed, that's what the contract requires.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

You are only talking to other customers here and not Sky support but as posted above there is no need to do this because if you get your timings wrong then Sky will still take the payment which might be what has happened here.
