If you’ve successfully cancelled your subscription Sky should send out returns packaging near the end of the cancellation period, [31 days for Sky Q box(es)], to the address that the subscription was registered at.
You can use any packaging as long as it’s secure and you may want to put a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment that is included. This link explains about how to receive an email with your return labels through Royal Mail.
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/return-tv-broadband
If you haven’t anything suitable contact Sky again and ask if they’ll re-send. Keep your proof of posting safe and indefinitely and if you use Royal Mail’s collect from home service, keep a record of the tracking number.

Yes, the dish is yours. If you definitely want it removing you'll need to employ a local tradesman to remove it.
but sky are still asking for november & december payments
when you cancel you have to give 31 days notice for TV. Any overpayment will be reimbursed.

Our broadband contract was up in october, sky has sent a package to return the modem, and have aknowleged receiving the modem box, i cannot get an answer on returning the Qbox back, everything switched off 30/10/23, advised that the dish is ours ? i have to take down ( Im 68, pensioner ) not happy about going up ladders. i have phoned twice ( 25p per minute, minimum waiting time 30 minutes ) and cut off, even though i gave the sky team my number, no call back from them, cannot email ??????
they are chasing payments for november & december ( no broadband connection ) and now £10 addition if not paid, to phone them again, cost to me a minimum £7.50 +
