Hi i am a problem with my bill as in i strongly disagree with how much i have been charged this month i have been calling customer service to try and resolve the issue since my bill was issued. I kept getting so far and then the call being put on hold for at least 20 mins and then disconnected by sky my services have now been restricted is there any other way you can speak to sky unfortunatly telephone customer service is appaulling

Thankyou for your reply i am not willing to pay for things i havent had as it states on my bill my package was changed within the month it most definatley wasnt this is what ive been trying to discuss but simply can not speak to a customer service member without being cut off

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Natalie5572 Unless you can get through on a number not linked to your account or by putting 141 before sky's number you have no choice put to pay and setup a new continuous payment method before being able to speak to sky

If Sky have got it wrong, they will, of course, reimburse you if you pay the billed amount.
