I revived the email for the voucher. Clicked it. But haven't received the actual voucher in emails

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere are loads of other threads on this forum about the same issue. A few people have called Sky who seemingly confirmed that due to large demand there is a shortage and delay in the vouchers being available and thus sent out.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreI don't believe is is sent instantly so it might take a few days before it is sent to you so keep an eye on junk./trash/spam folders incase it ends up in any of these.
If it has been a while then there is a free number you can call Sky on about this at the bottom of this link:
