I haven't received a refund

I cancelled my broadband & TV order on the 5th of August as Sky failed to fit my fibre. I paid the in itial bill but I am yet to receive a refund for this. I have heard it takes up to 6 weeks but we are now only a couple of working days from that deadline.

Yeah I have £42 of credit when I go into bills.

To get you some help with this refund I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
