I have set up a direct debit for my sky package.

I have set up a direct debit for my sky package, I have checked on my sky app and it's telling me that this months payment has been made, but nothing has come out of my bank account, can you please help me with this issue....

If the app is showing that the payment has been made then it is in the process of being taken so within a day or so the money will be taken from your bank account.
