I have provided bank details a number of times but sky not taking payment

I keep providing my bank details for Sky to take direct debit and every moth keep saying i have missed payment so have to pay by debit card then re-provide details again only to have same thing happen again. I Just want payment to come out on tiume and via direct debit can you sort this for me now please.
