I have paid my bill

I have paid for my contract for bill ,why am I being charged again ?

Probably because you've made a manual payment with an automated once scheduled?

@Deedee6  You'll have a recurring payment already setup either direct debit or card, you wuld have provided these details when you setup Sky, you don't need to be making manual payments as it won't stop the automated payment being requested.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
