I have not got my full refund of a product which I got declined

I had applied for mac book and paid upfront but I got declined and later wen I got the refund it was lesss than what I paid my upfront why did I get less and wen will I get back my full refund

@Sagar_raju7074 you need to call sky and query the account. There could be a service charge but thst should have been clesr when you paid the deposit.
