My son thought his sky had been turned off and I made a payment of £40 could I get it refunded please

because everything was ok

Does the £40 show on your bill now as a credit because until this happens it can't be refunded.

There have been some major issues on the Sky Mobile betwork today which will be why the phone has not been working.
