I have just set my payment details for the third time but every month the bill is overdue.
First I tried changing the direct debit to a new account. That failed in May. Then I tried adding a debit card.. in June, still failed and the bill marked as "overdue" just changed the card details for a new one and paid the outstanding.. what's happening? I am now worried about getting cut off!

What do you mean by changing it to a new account as you can't change your account ?

What does your online bill show, does it say is is up to date or that there is an outstanding amount ?
