I have just joined and you have tried to take payment already but my internet is not even gone live

How can you already want a payment as I have just joined sky my internet is not even live yet and you want money now ? And it won't let Mr change payment date as best date for me is 28th of every month I have only had My tv on for a week and you already want a payment of £60.00 and yet no internet live yet till the 10th . I don't want to loose my services esp only being with you for just over a week and not all services are even active yet I'm so confused .

Whilst you shouldn't be billed for your broadband yet for the TV you will be as you can read about here:

I believe the way Sky's systems work is that you're billed for broadband when your tv service is activated.

 

The overpayment will be refunded so that ultimately you're charged for broadband only from the broadband activation date.

In respect of your payment date you need to let two payments go through before it will allow you to change the date.
