I have had my sky blocked even thought I have taken up the free trial for a month,they have blocked

I have just taken sky out for the free trial for the month,they have just blocked my account for £26 even though it's not due and I don't get paided until the end of the month,I am very disappointed with sky

Payment is usually required monthly in advance.

 

We can't see your account but that may be what the payment is for.

 

Generally, if you take a 'free' trial then you have to cancel at the same time as taking it as you have to give 31 days notice.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Your first payment is due two weeks after your service(s) is activated. The second payment is due two weeks after that, thereafter monthly.
