I have gotten a call from someone claiming to be sky, they said i will be getting a free watch and 30% discount on my bills. Me just walking up said ok and they sent me a reset password on my email from sky. I reset the password to what they told me to change it to. After the call i realised that was a mobile phone number and not sky type of numbers, so i changed my password and tried that number back but it not available. Im 100% sure this was a scam but i dont know what to do next?

Yes, that's a scam. The next step will be for the criminals to order expensive new hardware against your account (typically one or more iPhones) which will be sent to your address by Sky because from their perspective it's a genuine transaction: the scammers then contact you to 'rectify the mistake' by getting you to send the box(es) to a different address (their own, of course).
I'd suggest you proactively contact the actual Sky contact centre (not using any details given by the caller) and alert them to the situation.
Obviously if any hardware arrives you need to retain it until you've received genuine returns instructions from Sky themselves.

You can call Sky free by dialling 150 from a Sky Talk landline or a Sky Mobile, alternatively you can use:

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you here to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up. If necessary say nothing when the automated system asks you what your call is about as it should then route your call into a queue for the next available agent.
