I have canx all sky and need to return equipment but im away for 6 weeks

Basically canx 1st Aug 24.

 

31st July I left home for 6 weeks.

 

They are saying I be charged if I don't sent back 

 

I need more time  but cannot get thru

Do you not have someone who can do this for you as all you need is a box to put the equipment in as the return label can be printed via here:

Add a note inside with the account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.

 

If you can't then when you are able to you will have to do it but the chances are you will have been charged by then but it can be refunded if you keep the proof of posting and help on refunding can be arranged for you via here so if this happens and once you have returned the equipment post back on here for help.

I'm afraid you won't be allowed further time as it's all automated but as @caesarome has indicated, once the equipment has been received back any non return fees will be reimbursed. Just keep your proof of posting very safe.
