I have been wrongly charged for unreturned equipment after leaving Sky.

My sky contract ended November 2022 and the final bill was settled, after sending the equipment back I recieved a bill in february 2023 of £28, for reasons unknown, which i settled immediately. I was then emailed that I owed £42, reason unknown, and £50 for the equipment which was sent back. I still have my Royal Mail proof of postage reciept. I have not been using sky services for over 4 months yet I still recieve emails to pay unreasonable bills. Help on rectifying the issue woud be appreciated.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will hopefully be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
