I don’t know my account number so can’t get problem resolved

we have lost some channels on both our sky boxes. We do not get paper or emailed invoices. How do I find my account number so I can proceed?

It will be shown via your online account at either Sky.com or via the MySky app. If you still can't access it then for help with this and the channel issue give Sky a call.

 

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
