I do not seem to be able to do this as my account seems to be linked with my email and is an old add

I have tried to claim VIP 6 months trail of Apple TV but I cannot

my email and log in seems to take me to an old account linked to 7 Eastland Walk Leeds which was closed when I moved.

I set up an account at my new address but I cannot link to this new account.

Very very frustrating

@LPage given VIP status is linked to the length you have been with Sky by changing your account rather than simply doing a home move you might have reset the clock. This Sky's help,page on Sky ids https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-id-start
