I’d like a refund of my account credit

I'm not leaving sky but I cancelled a broadband upgrade because after 80 days it still hadn't gone live and no work had been done externally and I was given auto compensation as a credit on my account. I'd like this credit refunded to my bank account. How do I do this and how long does it take?

Sky don't normally refund auto compensation to your bank account unless you've cancelled all your Sky services.
