I can’t speak to anyone without paying

Someone please help!!! 
I live in a rural village I have no mobile signal and my Wi-Fi and tv was cut off as I couldn't pay. I called this morning someone answered and said they would put it back on if I paid £50 which I did. I cannot get any Wi-Fi or tv and the phone system just directs me straight to a payment line I have severe anxiety and I can't work if I have no Wi-Fi and can't then pay my bill. I just need to speak to someone as was told this would be back on when I paid the £50 this morning

If your services have already been restricted any calls to Sky will only prompt you to pay. Restrictions are normally only due to a missed payment and they are applied automatically so agents can’t override the process.

Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed in full and set up a new continuous payment method. If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. It’s worth noting that it you’re in arrears for 56+ days Sky can fully terminate your subscription.

If you can’t pay what you owe in one go you can pay what you want, but until the bill is fully paid Sky will not reinstate your services. Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. Also, any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week.

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
https://www.sky.com/manage/bill/

Once you’ve done all this you’ll be able to call Sky if you still need to speak to an agent.

Thank you for answering quickly.

 

I spoke to someone this morning she spoke to her manager and agreed the payment of £50. She put me on hold whilst she went away and got both my Wi-Fi and tv put back on. She speciafilly answered yes when I asked are they definitely going to be put back on and I'm assuming that's on a recorded line? 
I literally can't speak to anyone this is going to send my mental health over the edge I was lied to if what you are saying is correct. I need it on to be able to work to be able to pay it and that's why she agreed it. 
I don't know what to do at this point as I don't have the extra money until next week 😞 

I was told it should be working but it is t so I need someone technical to figure it out. All notes will be on my account but I can't get to anyone to let them look

How much more do you owe? If it's a small amount (something around £25 ish) that can trigger what you were told but you'd still need to wait for your part payment to be cleared into Skys account. What the agent told you is very unusual.

@Kellsbells1 it's  possible that it may take a few hours for you broadband service to be reconnected.

Thank you yes that was at 9am this morning and I've reset etc but still nothing so I just need to speak to someone as I'm stuck in limbo

Skys policy is as per my first post in that iIf you're in arrears calls will only advise you to pay what you owe. I really don't know how your first call penetrated that automated system. 

If you can't get past that now then unfortunately for you you can't speak with an agent until you pay.
