I can't view bills in my sky app it says restricted has done since I got sky 3 months ago, but I can view my last bill (half a bill) one payment through looking on sky.com/billing
id like to see other payments as they have charged me more for some reason and I can't understand them over the phone when I can finally speak to someone (I have to choose options that are untrue just to speak to someone) any help of a number or any advice pls, they said it would become unrestricted once I pay my bill but every time it has not they keep fobbing me off like they did lying to me that I'd get gift card and my dad for referring me but now said it's an error ! Kinda fed up with them only been with them 2 half months also they have now promised free cinema tickets are these fake as well ?
