This is a new charge since last month and I've been with them for 9 months and I've not changed my data package.  This charge has increased my bill so surely it can't be "my data package"

Feel free to post an image of your bill (and the previos one) but if you do you do need to blank out your name and account (and if present a credit agreement numbers.
