I am about ready to cry. Why is it so hard to get in touch with Sky?

I am trying desperately to speak to them about my vulnerable household. Both my brother and I have autism and mental health issues. I have tried to phone which was hard enough to build up to and it was just a robot who gave me a chat to another robot who refused to help me. What do I do? This is so difficult. I just need to speak to them about when I can pay, and the extra support I need - but I can't find any way to get in touch with a real person and it is stressing me out so much 😣 I don't know what to do. This is impossible.

@SilentHill119 I would suggest registering with the accessabilities team, they are a seperate team who specialise in helping customers who are vulnerable or have disabilites, https://www.sky.com/help/articles/contacting-sky-accessibility once registered they have various forms of contact which should make it easier for you in the future.
