I accidentally paid sky streaming instead of my existing account. I want my money bac

I paid 57.11 to the streaming account on sky I no longer have instead of my existing account.  I would like money refunded

Firstly you should have a direct debit or continuous card payment method set up therefore making any manual payments unnecessary.

 

Does the payment to the incorrect account now show as a credit?
