Hi; please help. I am finding it impossible

to find someone to speak to about an item

nor being received.

I returned it weeks ago and I have post office receipt.

The website just loops me around and around. Can you please provide the correct email for the department or phone number?

Are you being told you haven't returned it and you will be charged, is this whay you have posted on here ?
