How to pay missed sky marketpalce payment

Hi i missed a sky marketplace payment to hayu and now my sky account is rrstricted how do i make this payment to reinstate i cant do it anywhere and over 2 hours on phone to sky proved useless ???

I'm having the same problem. My card details are on there and haven't changed but now have 2 months missed payment for HAYU APP. I've called sky spent 2 hours on the phone for nothing to have changed
