Is there no way to speak with Sky other than to call? I've had surgery on my throat and cannot talk and I need to get hold of Sky but I cannot find any method other than telephone.

@JoanneS78 If you have health issues that amongst other things may affect your ability to communicate, it may be worth registering with the Sky Accessibility Team who may be able to help now or in the future. Once registered there are also different methods of communication with this team other than phoning so have a look at these related links… ~
