How to get tempory help with my tv bill

Hi there I'm in the middle of a be for change over due to ill health and I have been unable to pay my bill this month. I was wondering if there was any help sky can give me so I could get to reinstate my tv temporary until I get my 1st payment at the end of the month and I can then pay the full amount? Due to my disability I am at home a lot and only have my tv but at the moment I have nothing. Any help would truly be appreciated.

@HeroBranx19  I'm afraid if ypu don't pay your TV bill service will be restricted, they won't reinstate service on the promise of payment.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Restrictions are applied automatically and agents can’t override this process. Sky won’t reinstate services until you’ve paid what is owed and set up a new continuous payment method.

If your payment is two or more weeks overdue you will have to pay the next bill as well. If you’re in arrears for 56 days or more Sky can fully terminate your subscription. Any calls to Sky will only prompt you to make a payment.

Sky don't allow payment plans on overdue live accounts, nor will they consider promises to pay on or by a certain date.

Once your full payment has cleared and is in Sky’s account your services should be reinstated, but this may not be instant. (Any payment you make over a weekend or on a Bank Holiday won’t be processed until the following week).

You should be able to pay the bill and set up your direct debit via the MySky app or online using this link
