No. Been with Sky about 5 years now. Says one was taken on the 6th April and the 9th...

Nope my bill gets taken by direct debit so I don't have to worry about forgetting it

It might help if you post images of both bills including the dates they cover. Make sure to block out all personal information such as name and the account number.
Edit: The 6th of April was a Sunday. Sky don't process payments at weekends and bank holidays.
