How to get refund after moving broadband

Hi All, 

 

I cancelled my broadband service and the last day of the contract was 20/8/2025.  However, my Sky account is in credit to the tune of £36.  I have talked to the staff on phone but still cannot settle this matter.  

 

Does anyone can tell me how to claim this money back?

Why not?  They are the right people to process the refund!

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers

Only Sky can issue the refund so if they are saying things like you have to wait a few months then this is incorrect so I would suggest calling them again or using the social media links at the bottom of the page to make contact.
